1. Scope of Service

I provide Sober Coaching based on lived experience and professional background in the addiction/recovery industry. I am not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed clinical therapist. My coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice. By booking, you confirm you are not currently experiencing acute physical withdrawal symptoms.

2. Bookings and Payment

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Package validity: 6-week and 12-week packages must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full session rate. Refunds for packages are handled on a case-by-case basis for unused sessions, less a 10% administrative fee.

4. Conduct and Sobriety

You agree to be sober during all video calls. If I believe you are under the influence, I reserve the right to end the call immediately — in this instance the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality

All session information is strictly confidential, handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Safeguarding exceptions apply where there is serious risk of harm.

6. Liability

Coaching is a partnership. Results depend on your own commitment. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for my services.

7. Agreement

By clicking 'Book Now' or 'I Agree' at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
