Through direct interaction via the booking system, Squarespace contact form, and during video calls. Squarespace may also collect technical data automatically through cookies.

4. How I Use Your Data

To register you as a client, manage our coaching relationship, process payments, send Action Plans and resources, and comply with legal obligations.

Contractual Necessity, Consent, and Legal Obligation (UK tax records).

I do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with essential service providers (booking platform, payment processor, video call software). Data is shared without consent only in safeguarding situations or as required by UK law.
