While therapy often looks backward to heal past trauma, Sober Coaching is forward-facing and action-oriented. As your coach, I focus on the here and now - giving you practical tools, accountability, and lived experience to navigate daily life without alcohol. Think of me as a guide who has already walked the path you are on.

No. Many of my clients are in the 'contemplation' stage - they know something has to change but haven't taken the first step yet. Whether you are on Day 0 or Day 1,000, we start exactly where you are. All I ask is that you are sober for the duration of our actual sessions.

My book provides the inspiration and the why. Coaching provides the how - specifically for your life. In our sessions, we take the principles from Endless Possibilities: The Recovery Workbook and apply them to your unique triggers, social life, and career. It's the difference between reading a map and having a guide walk the trail with you.

Once you book via the website, you'll receive a link for a Google Meet call. You can join from your phone, laptop, or tablet from the comfort of your own home. It is completely private and secure.

Yes, for clients on the 12-week package, The Endless Possibilities Journey, I provide priority messaging support via WhatsApp between sessions for ongoing accountability and advice.
Please note that this is not an instant text line or a crisis service. I check messages systematically throughout the working day, so while I am fully committed to your progress, there will be a delay in my reply depending on my session schedule. If you are experiencing an acute crisis or an immediate safety risk, please do not wait for a text response - instead, immediately dial 999 (or 111 for urgent medical advice), or turn straight to Section 16 of your Endless Possibilities: The Recovery Workbook to reach out to one of the emergency contacts that are listed.

I require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. This allows me to offer that slot to someone else who may need it.
-
No. I am a Sober Coach, not a medical professional. If you are physically dependent on alcohol or any other substance and at risk of severe withdrawal, you must consult your GP or a medical detox facility before we begin our work together. Coaching is a powerful tool for rebuilding your life, but physical safety must come first.

Absolutely. Everything we discuss is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR. The only exception is safeguarding - if I believe there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, I am professionally bound to seek help.

Yes! While I am based in the UK, I work with clients globally via video call. Please ensure you select your correct time zone when booking through the calendar to avoid any confusion.
